Covered expenses include Apparel, Footwear, and Equipment Rentals may not exceed $500 per qualified order. Itemized receipts will be required and must be submitted within 10 days of the scheduled or actual delivery date. Luggage Free reserves the right to determine qualified expenses as well as the final reimbursement amount not to exceed $500. All decisions made by Luggage Free will be final.
