Shipment Protection Claims
For Luggage Shipments:

Covered expenses include Apparel, Outerwear, Undergarments, Footwear, and Toiletries and may not exceed $200 per qualified package. Itemized receipts will be required and must be submitted within 14 days of the scheduled or actual delivery date. Ship & Play reserves the right to determine qualified expenses as well as the final reimbursement amount not to exceed $200. All decisions made by Ship & Play will be final.

For Golf Bag Shipments:

Covered expenses include Golf Club Rentals, Shoes, Golf Balls, Gloves and Tees, and may not exceed $200 per qualified package. Items such as Golf Balls and Gloves are limited in quantity, based on the nature and length of the delay. Itemized receipts are required and must be submitted within 14 days of the scheduled or actual delivery date. Ship & Play reserves the right to determine qualified expenses as well as the final reimbursement amount not to exceed $200. All decisions made by Ship & Play will be final.

Ski/Boot/Snowboard Shipments:

Covered expenses include Ski/Snowboard Rentals, Poles, Boots, Helmets, Goggles, and Gloves may not exceed $200 per qualified package. Some items may be limited in quantity based on the nature and length of the delay. Itemized receipts will be required and must be submitted within 14 days of the scheduled or actual delivery date. Ship & Play reserves the right to determine qualified expenses as well as the final reimbursement amount not to exceed $200. All decisions made by Ship & Play will be final.
